Unique Concept

Ambiance

In 2004, ExpoProof organised the Expo for Public Space, its first fair, and the start of a highly successful concept. Clever stand design creates an inviting accessible atmosphere, where visitors and exhibitors can easily strike up a conversation, and participation costs are kept to a minimum at the same time.

You can read more about the origin and background of the concept in ExpoProof's history.

Governments

ExpoProof trade fairs are popular, because they focus on the target visitor group: public servants. There are now eight fairs, which, depending on your product or service, provide a platform that enables you to come into contact with relevant customers all year long and saves a lot of unnecessary travelling.

Personal attention

As an exhibitor, you can rely on our personal attention, beginning with an interest in your product or service; which fairs are likely to attract the decision-makers important to you? We will even go so far as to advise you not to participate in a certain fair if we believe it isn't the right match for you. If we do find the right match for you, we will do everything in our power to make your participation a success. No unnecessary hassle with logistics, just convenience. You could call it limitless service, where everything is aimed at maximising the return on your investment. Which is only logical, because we'd like to see you return.

Not for pencil pushers

Participating in an ExpoProof fair is a world-class sport. Since we have been organising trade fairs in these sectors for 15 years, our penetration in the target group is unmatched, and, equally important, very clearly defined. You won't find any pencil pushers here; every visitor who passes your stand is a potential customer, the whole fair is your oyster, and you'll be busy all day long.

Great facilities and free drinks make visitors feel welcome and at home. That's an important part of the experience of a day at a fair.

Exhibitor to a fair

It's good that the fair organisers show their faces on the exhibition floor, and find out how things are going. If there’s anything that does need some attention, the organisers are easy to reach. Good info in advance.
